Marquiest Gadson has more than 10 years of experience in the realm of finance and accounting. Before joining the New Legacy team, Mr. Gadson was an Investment Accounting Supervisor at American Capital Strategies where he maintained accounts and records of some of American Capital's private equity fund assets.

Prior to Joining American Capital, Mr. Gadson served as a Senior Fund Accountant at Geller Investment Partnership Services. His previous positions also include Senior Fund Accountant at Citigroup, formerly BISYS Private Equity, Senior Auditor at Watson Rice, LLP, and Partner at Aime & Gadson Accounting and Tax Solutions.

Mr. Gadson holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Benedict College in South Carolina. He is currently enrolled in the Sports Industry Management Program at Georgetown University. He is a member of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), and an Associate Professional Member of the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association (BESLA).
