Sparkle Douglas joined the New Legacy team in 2009. As the wife of a current professional athlete in the National Football League, she has vast knowledge of the intricacies of the realm of professional sports. She is also a successful businesswoman, having received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

In recent years, Ms. Douglas purchased and rebuilt an underperforming franchise in North Carolina. Responsible for implementing training programs and revamping marketing and advertising targets, Douglas achieved a top 20 ranking in monthly sales. Prior to that, Ms. Douglas worked at Bank of America's Asset Management division.

In the fall of 2000, Ms. Douglas became a consultant for Arthur Andersen in Charlotte, North Carolina, having returned to the United States after working as a business manager at the Baptist Medical Centre in Ghana. There, she developed the hospital's infrastructure as a liaison with the Ghanaian Ministry of Health and various national and local financial institutions.

She currently resides with her family in North Carolina.
